P34B Ltd offers Runshaw College T-Level Civil Engineers and Construction Design students industry support

In collaborating with Runshaw College recently, P34B Ltd where invited to provide an employment and skills session to support students who didn’t yet have an industry placement.

During the morning, students where asked to provide their own insights, the types of placements they desired and what they might be able to achieve if they looked at the opportunity in a different way.

At the end of the session, Chris from ACG Renewables and Helen from Hesketh-Jones Construction provided mock interviews along with P34B Ltd and provided feedback on how the students interacted, how the business perceived them and what they could do differently in the future.

Huge credit to Runshaw College for preparing their students for the session, the students we met articulated themselves well, they interacted with us all throughout the day and they generated great topics of discussion.
