Undertaking Independent Diagnostic for National Retail

P34B has supported a national retailer by undertaking and independent review of their operations, to map processes, determine new opportunities and formulate a focused improvement plan. This review, conducted predominantly remotely, with visits to their logistics headquarters, operations and projects, has enabled an informed and appreciative perceptive to be formed. Key supply risks were identifying during the review, with these escalated for immediate action. Noncritical items have been included in an improvement plan, mapping observations against improvement actions, to inform the internal leadership team.
