P34B are mentoring people leading environmental infrastructure projects

P34B do not need to be experts in the project or sector to be able to support project leaders. Over 3 months P34B has provide support to an emerging leader within environmental sector. Through the applications of transferable skills, the project leader has been able share challenges, remind himself of existing practices and duly navigate the complexities of evolving scope and challenges with confidence and clarity. P34B will provide this service and support to regional projects on an ad hoc / as requirements basis, to reduce risk in projects without undermining leadership.
