Providing independent projects support for projects in feasibility.

P34B has provided independent support to a project leader progressing a masterplan project through feasibility and business case approval. Through an independent review P34B created a RAID (Risk, Action, Issue Decision) assessment. This content was subsequently included in the status report to evidence and prioritise next stage activities. As a result, the project team and project progressed to the next stage, to act on the recommendations and prepare the master plan for submissions.
