P34B are supporting projects approaching completion

P34B have provided independent support to businesses and project leaders with projects on site, in delivery and approaching practical completion to undertake Risk, Issue, Action and Decision reviews to support with proactive closure of risk items. These reviews have reduced handover risk whilst supported, project leads and client reams alike. P34B will provide this service and support to regional projects on an ad hoc / as requirements basis, to reduce risk in projects without undermining leadership.
