P34B’s founding director, Neil Horner, receives formal thank you from APM

In September 2021 Neil Joined the APM Northwest Network as a volunteer as an endeavour to engage with and become part of the regional project management community. In September 2022 Neil was asked to Co-Chair, and then subsequently Chai the Branch. In 2023 Neil was appointed, through due process as the Northwest Network Lead. The Association for Project Management (APM) extended a heartfelt thank you to Neil, acknowledging his pivotal role in revitalising the branch. Recognising Neil’s leadership has fostered a dynamic, inclusive environment where volunteers feel supported and engaged. Neil’s commitment to growth and collaboration has not only strengthened the team but also inspired a renewed sense of purpose across the branch.
