P34B supports 23 Service Leavers understanding their experiential Project Management Competency to enable their future opportunities.

On April 1st, P34B supported 23 service leavers in understanding and articulating their experiential project management competencies. Using a digital model, established by P34B with immediate digital dashboard reports, participants gained clarity on their transferable skills and future career pathways. In some cases, individuals arrived wanting to know more about project management, understand how Prince II fits, and see what opportunities there were. These discussions resulted in clear project management self-assessment, recognition that they already had many attributes and transferable competencies, an understanding of project management fundamentals, qualifications and charterships routes, relative to APM, with a visual image, for them to take away on their phone, to support their next interview discussion.
