P34B Step into Project based Work Experience Provision for Schools.

P34B has stepped up to assist schools in schools in preparing students for the future through project based worked experience. P34B’s model enables students in a school setting to engage in a real and relatable project. With brief codesigned with the schools, students have selected a project of their choice, or come up with their own, to then understand the fundamentals of project management, and then apply this to their project. Over the 3-4 days students have felt empowered to think, explore, find their roles and bring together a final output or presentation. P34B have facilitated presentations to senior teaching staff as end of placement milestones. Over the 3-4 days we’ve witnessed students becoming engaged, motivated and proud of their outcomes. This is the greatest product of these projects.
