P34B provide work experiences for students at Albany Academy for the second year
P34B Ltd proudly concluded its second year of delivering impactful work experience for Albany Academy students, blending in-office and in-school placements. Over four days, students explored project management, communication, and industry engagement through real-world tasks like interviews, poster design, and stakeholder presentations. Guided by Neil Horner, Sarah Horner, and Steve Jones, the programme supported 16 students and aligned with Gatsby benchmarks. With structured planning, safeguarding, and reflection built in, P34B has now established a repeatable model that empowers young people to explore careers and build confidence through meaningful project-based learning
