P34B have designed and are now launching Project Mentoring in Role.

This on demand provision is designed to enable emerging and experienced leaders in businesses to access mentoring support to progress internal projects.

P34B provide independent, cross sector support, to inform thinking, strategic plans and drive outcomes with leaders for businesses.

Businesses sponsor the provision with the pace set by the induvial and business to achieve their desired outcomes.

This service has been informally active since 2022.  P34B are now professionalising the support model.
