P34B launch a new outreach support programme in South Ribble for Economically Inactive Adults
P34B Ltd has launched a new outreach support programme in South Ribble, aimed at empowering economically inactive adults to pursue their potential through project-based learning. Funded by UKSPF and delivered in partnership with South Ribble Borough Council, the initiative offers one-day workshops focused on confidence, employability, and project delivery. Participants engage in storytelling, goal-setting, and practical tasks that build self-belief and readiness for employment or further training. Led by Sarah Horner and Neil Horner, the programme establishes a scalable model for inclusive engagement demonstrating how purposeful projects can unlock opportunity and drive social value.
