P34B Celebrates 10 Years of Purpose, Progress and Impact
On 18 March 2026, we mark a decade since the name was formally incorporated.
Founded with a clear vision to create an independent entity of genuine value to people and businesses, P34B’s journey has been progressive rather than linear. It has involved development and exploration, trial and error, moments of distraction and reaction, and inevitable highs and lows. Throughout, we have built a business grounded in integrity, carrying no liabilities, and centred not on what it promises, but on what it delivers. Delivery takes time, and we have respected that.
This journey would not have been possible without commitment, resolve, and tenacity. There were periods when significant roles and international opportunities rightly took precedence, offering valuable professional and life experiences. Many of these concluded amid volatility and uncertainty, including business redundancy programmes, programme cancellations, and COVID, ultimately returning us to the business we founded, which in turn found us again.
Since 2020, P34B has been our core focus. These years have unfolded within a volatile UK market shaped by policy change and shifting sector dynamics. Against this backdrop, we have progressively resolved our people and business models, learning what works in practice, not just in theory.
We have genuinely supported people from all backgrounds and served businesses across multiple sectors. Our accreditations and awards have been earned through sustainable practice, not aspiration alone. As we enter our next phase, we do so as a trusted partner to Tier 1 organisations and to those seeking their next stage of progression. We are on track to support an increasing number of people and businesses over the next ten years.
We will not take this journey alone. We are part of a wider community of people and SMEs who are doers, organisations with a strong work ethic and a commitment to making things work. They fuel us, and we enable them. Together, we will continue to demonstrate how SME augmented support can and does make a meaningful difference to UK efficiency and effectiveness.
Whilst this marks ten years since incorporation, our focus is firmly on the ten years ahead, where our efforts, actions, and potential will be better understood, valued, and enabled through healthy, high potential partnerships.
