P34B initiates ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO14001

P34B is concluding its internal audits for ISO9001, ISO27001, and ISO14001, marking a significant milestone in its commitment to quality, security, and sustainability. Initiated by Tom a first time project leader and supported by Neil Horner, the team has further evolved the P34B operating model to ensure inherent compliance. Working with less experienced people and designing the systems to embrace ISO is initially slower than employing external consultants. It does however result in sustaianble and inherently compliance practice, whilst also building capability through project delivery, as P34B stand for. P34B are on track to achieve full compliance in all three ISOs which given this model and approach, would prove exceptional.
