P34B has implemented a unified internal project system alongside a new professional development framework, enabling Project Leads working with P34B to both learn, practice and apply the fundamentals of project management on their projects when working with P34B. The system has been designed by P34B, for P34B, using PowerApps and Power-BI. All project repots are consistent with conjurations and improvements made by P34B, for P34B, without cost or dependency on their d parties. The P34B portfolio report provides assurance indicators, key performance indicators and forecast projections to assist the directors in reviewing projects based on need, risk and support required. This approach is enabling P34B to identify where support is needed, and provide it, even before it’s asked for. This mindset could help businesses reduce significant risk in their own business, whilst increase standardisation and support for existing project leaders.
