P34B supported Steve in entering the project profession and then progress as a project professional

P34B Ltd commends Steve Jones’s transformation into a project professional. Since joining in 2022, Steve has evolved from someone interested in project management to being an advocate and example of how those with interest in project management can make steps to embrace professional practice and to become recognised as a project professional.

Whilst with P34B Steve operated with sponsorship from Neil, to establish the internal PMO, leading systems integration and supporting project delivery. Steve worked with Neil to provide placement provision embedding project practice and explanations into programme design and delivery.

Steve subsequently secured his PFQ (Project Fundamentals Qualification) without needing to undertake any dedicated training courses, illustrating the power of experiential development.

As someone who enjoys learning through doing; this model worked for Steve and has resulted in him now pursuing new growth opportunities within Project Management, evidencing his awareness and applied learning as compelling characteristics.
