P34B delivers Major Project Reporting Improvements

P34B has enabled major project reporting improvements within an established nuclear business. This project necessitated extensive stakeholder engagement to design new reporting products, evolve them through consultation, publish with version management, and progressively digitise saving administration and verification efforts. As a result, standardised project report was established, integrated with portfolio reports, informed and driven from internal data sources, shifting the reporting focus from creation to verification to enable intervention. All solutions created are hosted on client tenancy, in accordance with client security policies and without any third party of external reliance.
