P34B has proudly delivered on 7 of the 9 Lancashire Skills Pledges, investing over 300 hours into work experience, mentoring, and workforce development. From supporting care leavers and recruiting hidden talent through Skills Bootcamps, to offering university placements and becoming Apprenticeship Ambassadors, our team made a tangible difference. We partnered with schools, colleges, and local organisations to inspire, upskill, and empower. These efforts reflect our deep-rooted commitment to Lancashire’s future workforce and our CSR values.
