P34B Ltd has successfully concluded its Wave 5 Skills Bootcamp, delivering 29 high-impact opportunities with a 92% retention rate. Participants project experience in digital skills, project delivery, and data management, supported by P34B’s unique model combining technical, personal, and project management. Post-programme, P34B have continued to support learners, without force, pressure or obligation. P34B have been humbled by the feedback and been delighted to see the progress individuals have made in securing advanced apprenticeships, roles in local authorities, and new business opportunities for themselves.
