P34B concludes 2024 Industry Placement Placements for Edge Hill.

P34B wraps up its 2024 industry placements in partnership with Edge Hill University, marking another successful year of project based, industry placements. P34B have established an efficient and effective model, where students enter the business, receive on boarding, and then start to define a project, aligned to their interests. This experience, of being in a business, identifying problems and determining projects to help solve them, adds a new dimension to their academic achievements. The P34B projects model enables us to stay focused, provide appropriate governance, and duly ensure outputs and outcomes are clear. We see this model repeating and scaling in future years, as our approach becomes business as usual for us to inspire many more.
