P34B Mobilises 2026 Q1 Internships

P34B has officially launched its 2026 internships, welcoming a diverse group of individuals into the organisation. This new cohort includes people who are unemployed, transitioning from college, completing university industry placements, undertaking dissertation projects, exploring new roles in science and automotive sectors, and established professionals seeking project management experience.

Each intern has now entered P34B’s Project Initiation Phase, where their projects are clarified, right‑sized, and shaped into viable business cases ahead of the Preparation and Delivery stages. This ensures every project is achievable, meaningful, and aligned with P34B’s disciplined project‑led development approach.

In parallel, P33B interns continue to be supported within the P34B Hub, contributing to real‑world assignments and progressively gaining engagement opportunities as part of their development journey.

Looking ahead, P34B plans to expand the programme in Q2, welcoming a broader cohort as the model stabilises and delivers measurable outcomes across 2026.
