Ethan’s transformation with P34B

It’s incredible to think that Ethan first connected with us whilst working in retail looking for new opportunities. He joined our Skills Bootcamp as a cautious participant, embracing the opportunity and notably growing in confidence and capability.  Ethan made an impression on us here at P34B and was duly offered an opportunity to support us with ongoing programme delivery and other business projects.  Ethan’s appetite for learning, commitment to progression and desire to create value has been both impressive and fulfilling for us all. Ethan has established a portfolio of business projects, customer engagement and AI implementation experience which I have no doubt he will continue to build upon.  Ethan exemplifies how a small opportunity can be maximised into a life changing one, and why all businesses should give opportunities to those who really deserve them.
