P34B is Empowering Future Talent Through Real Projects

P34B has proudly supported Albany Academy to provide meaningful work experience for Year 10 students, enabling them to engage with real projects within their school environment. Over the 4 day experience students advanced five unique, student‑led initiatives designed with the school, for the school enabling students to learn the fundamentals of project management and build confidence in turning ideas into action.

Over the past three years, P34B’s work‑experience model has supported more than 30 young people, evolving into a stable, efficient and scalable approach. This model now consistently empowers students to develop and deliver their own projects with purpose and professionalism.
