Delivering Outreach Support as a Project.

P34B have responded to a unique request to support people within the local town, Chorley, through a P34B designed outreach project. P34B designed a ‘Next Stage Progression’ programme centred on supporting people at risk of not being in education, employment or training, to help them understand themselves, their strengths, and reflect on how they could advance for themselves. The workshops delivered in locations which were convenient for participants, facilitated introductions to industry professionals, understanding of project practice, and then enabled each and all to define a brand of their own. Participants have appreciated the opportunity to work on something which mattered to them, realising they had strengths in themselves, which they had not had chance to surface.
