Having worked across education, healthcare, manufacturing, aviation, retail, leisure, and infrastructure, and across all stages of the project lifecycle I didn’t realise what I knew until I started sharing how other sectors respond to and address the challenges they face.
Unsurprisingly all clients feel their projects are the most complex.
If we only ever do what we’ve always done, then our improvement will only ever be marginal. If we open ourselves up to a broader perspective, we create the opportunity to make leaps in our improvement.
Next time think and look sideways and forwards, not just forwards.
