P34B maintain adaptive business support services, to assist project leaders and PMO managers during periods of difficulty or intensity. This service is an adaptive one, on the basis the business-as-usual requirements to deliver routine PMO services should be established anyway. If not established P34B will support clients in establishing their own sustainable arrangements.
