Why We Exist
P34B was initially founded to support Project, Programme and Portfolio (P3) delivery.
Over time, we recognised that most organisations did not need someone to take ownership of their projects. They needed support that helped them retain ownership whilst benefiting from independent insight, professional expertise and constructive challenge.
This realisation shaped the business we are today.
We believe that projects should develop more than deliverables. They should develop people, strengthen businesses and create lasting capability.
That means helping sponsors make better decisions, helping teams build confidence, helping professionals grow through experience and helping organisations create sustainable delivery capability from within.

Our commitment is independently assessed through CSR-A Accreditation, providing external assurance that social responsibility is embedded within our business practices. We first achieved independent accreditation in 2023 and successfully secured re-accreditation in 2026, demonstrating our continued commitment to responsible business, measurable impact and continual improvement.

Conventional Support vs. The P34B Approach
